When you arrive at BiCon, head to the main desk to register with us and get your badge. The main desk is in the Student Hub building. We will have the accommodation keys at the registration desk so make sure to ask us for yours when you register. The desk opens at 1pm on Thursday but check in for the accommodation is not until 2pm, please do not try to check in early.

Desk times:
Thursday 1pm – 9pm
Friday 8.30am – 9pm
Saturday 9am – 5pm
Sunday 9am – 10.30am

Priority registration:

A seating area near the main desk is reserved for priority registration. If you are unable to queue at busy times please wait in this area and the desk team will ensure you are registered promptly. You do not need to let us know in advance just turn up and sit in the Priority Registration Area.

Generally, these times are expected to be quietest:

Thursday at 2pm (just as registration opens)
Before 5pm on Friday
After 12 noon on Saturday

Car parking is available across campus and does not need to be booked. There is a car park behind the accommodation block and several car parks across the campus. These will be shown on campus maps.
