We have the following ticket types:

• One day pass (including evening entertainments)
• Full event (no accommodation)
• Full event + accommodation
• Sponsorship tickets: full event + accommodation – FREE for people of colour and working class people attending for the first time – LIMITED TICKETS AVAILABLE. More details on sponsorship tickets here.

Prices are on a sliding scale depending on annual income. Find your wage bracket below. You may be able to get a reduction in the cost by applying to the Access Fund.

If you would like to pay a little more to support this and future BiCons, please choose the ‘supporter’ price, and accept our thanks!

Children under 16 can come along for free. If you are bringing children, please let us know on the booking form. If your child needs their own room, please contact us on bookings17@bicon.org.uk to discuss room rates.

If you want to use our crèche facility, please let us know when you book, or by the end of June 2017 at the latest. Use of the crèche is free.

Payments

We can take payment by bank transfer or PayPal. Both these options are available during your booking. If you need any further help or support making a payment, please contact us on bookings17@bicon.org.uk

You can pay by instalments. Please select the ‘invoice’ option when you book. You can then pay any amount you like, whenever you like, as many payments as suits you. Your booking is safe. You must pay in full by the end of May 2017.

Refunds

We can no longer accept cancellations for BiCon tickets (including accommodation).

Deadlines

We can’t keep bookings open forever!

For advance bookings, please book before the end of May 2017. That is, May 31st, 23:59 GMT.

All accommodation bookings must be made in advance, and paid in full before the end of May 2017.

All bookings for crèche places must be made in advance, before the end of June 2017.

You can buy day and weekend tickets ‘on the door’. Just come along to the desk. Please note that during the BiCon weekend we can only accept payments in cash.
